Who is the Partner Program for?
Digital and marketing agencies, software companies, consultants and resellers who want to sell the official WhatsApp Business API to their own clients — under MeAPI’s name or entirely under their own brand.
What do the partner packages cost?
Reseller: ₹9,999 a year or ₹1,999 a month, 10 free customer accounts on the 1 Device Plan, then from ₹250/account/month; White-label: ₹34,999 a year or ₹3,999 a month, 25 free customer accounts on the 1 Device Plan, then from ₹250/account/month; White-label + own Meta app: ₹59,999 a year or ₹5,999 a month, 50 free customer accounts on the 1 Device Plan, then from ₹250/account/month — all + 18% GST. A free account covers its plan; put a customer on a higher plan and you pay only the wholesale difference. After your free accounts, each paid customer is billed at its plan’s wholesale price per month. Trials, expired and switched-off accounts cost nothing. You decide what your customers pay, and they pay you directly in their panel.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes, you decide what your customers pay. On the White-label packages you also set your prices in the panel and add your own payment details (Razorpay, UPI or bank), so your customers pay you directly there; MeAPI bills you only your partner fee. On the Reseller package you bill your customers yourself.
Will my customers see MeAPI?
Not with a white-label package: the panel, its address, emails, notifications, help links and the sales kit all carry your name, logo and contacts. With “White-label + own Meta app”, the WhatsApp sign-up popup shows your own Meta app too. Meta’s own screens (WhatsApp Manager, Meta’s invoices) always show Meta.
How does my own domain work?
Add a domain such as crm.yourbrand.com in your partner panel and create one DNS record (a CNAME). We check it automatically, issue a free SSL certificate that renews itself and switch it on — usually within minutes of the record going live.
What do I need for my own Meta app?
A verified Meta business, a Meta app with the WhatsApp product approved as a Tech Provider, and an Embedded Signup configuration. You paste the App ID, App Secret, configuration ID and a system user token into your partner panel; numbers your customers connect then run on your app.
Can my customers have my own phone app?
Yes — as a paid add-on for white-label partners with a live custom domain: your own Android app with your name, icon, splash screen and colours, opening your panel on your domain, with push notifications and in-app updates. We build and sign it for you (APK for your download page, AAB for Google Play). Without it, your customers install your panel from the browser as a web app on Android and iPhone — with your name and icon. Price: ₹14,999 one-time + ₹4,999 a year, + 18% GST.
Who pays Meta’s message charges?
Each customer pays Meta directly through their own WhatsApp Business Account, with no mark-up from MeAPI or from you.
Who supports my customers?
You do, first — tickets from your customers come to your partner panel. We support you behind the scenes, and your package includes onboarding help.
Is there a referral programme?
Yes. Every partner gets a referral link and earns a commission on what the businesses they refer pay MeAPI.
How do I start?
Pick a package and apply — business details, GSTIN or PAN, and the Partner Agreement. There is nothing to pay on the form: we review your application within one working day, then you sign in to your partner panel and pay your first payment request from Billing (any launch offer you applied with is already on it).
