MeAPI on your iPhone — no App Store needed
Add the MeAPI panel to your Home Screen: it opens full screen like an app, stays signed in, and tells you about every new WhatsApp chat with a notification and a badge on the icon.
Safari, Chrome or Edge · notifications need iOS / iPadOS 16.4 or later · free with your plan
On Android? Get the MeAPI Android app.
On a computer? Scan this with your iPhone’s camera to open the panel in Safari.
Add to Home Screen in three taps
Do this on your iPhone or iPad, in Safari (Chrome and Edge work too from iOS 16.4).
1. Tap Share
Open login.meapi.in and tap Share — at the bottom of Safari on iPhone, top right on iPad. On iOS 26, tap ••• first. Chrome: Share is in the address bar.
2. Add to Home Screen
Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen. Don’t see it? Tap Edit Actions (or View More) at the bottom.
3. Tap Add
Keep the name MeAPI (and Open as Web App on) and tap Add. Open MeAPI from your Home Screen and sign in once.
Then tap Turn on notifications in the panel — iOS asks once. The full guide covers Focus modes, notification settings, agents and troubleshooting.
What you get
Notifications and a badge
A new customer message on your lock screen, the unread count on the MeAPI icon. Tap a notification to open that chat. Agents only hear about chats they can open.
Full screen, signed in
No Safari bars, no logging in every day. Swipe down at the top of a page to refresh; the Back arrow sits beside the menu.
Photos, files and voice notes
Send photos from the camera or library, documents from Files, and voice notes that arrive as WhatsApp voice messages. Exports and invoices open the share sheet — Save to Files in one tap.
UPI in one tap
Paying your plan by UPI opens GPay, PhonePe or Paytm with the amount filled in.
Always the newest version
The Home Screen app runs your live panel, so every new feature is there the moment it ships — no updates to install.
Your iPad too
On iPad the panel keeps its full side menu and works in landscape and Split View.
Compared with a native app: no fingerprint / Face ID lock, and notifications can’t be grouped by type in iOS Settings. Everything else in the panel works the same.
Questions
Is there a MeAPI app in the App Store?
Not yet. On iPhone and iPad you add the MeAPI panel to your Home Screen instead. It opens full screen like an app, stays signed in, shows notifications and a badge, and always runs the newest version — there is nothing to update.
Which iPhones and iPads work?
Any iPhone or iPad that can add a website to the Home Screen. Notifications and the badge need iOS / iPadOS 16.4 or later (Settings → General → About → iOS Version).
I don’t get notifications. What now?
Notifications only work in the Home Screen app, not in a Safari tab. Open MeAPI from its Home Screen icon, tap your initials → Notifications → Turn on, and check Settings → Notifications → MeAPI and any Focus mode.
Can my agents use it?
Yes. Each agent adds MeAPI to their own iPhone and signs in with their agent login. They see only the chats, numbers and masking their role allows — the same as on a computer.
Do I need to sign in again in the Home Screen app?
Once. The Home Screen app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari. After that it stays signed in; agents still follow the session rules of their role.
I have an Android phone.
Get the MeAPI Android app from meapi.in/app instead.
