WhatsApp reminders that go out on time — and stop when the customer acts
Reminders are where WhatsApp pays for itself: fewer no-shows, payments on time, renewals that do not lapse. MeAPI sends them from your own number with your own approved templates, at the right time before or after a date on the contact or deal.
Every reminder knows when to stop. A customer who replies, taps Already paid, pays a payment link or reaches the next deal stage does not get the next one; changing the date re-plans it. Quiet hours, a daily limit per customer and STOP always apply, and each send shows an estimated Meta cost.
How it works
Pick a recipe
Appointment (24 h and 2 h before), payment due, EMI, renewal (30 / 7 / 1 day), birthday, fee day, no-reply follow-up, abandoned cart, after-visit feedback, documents pending — each with a suggested template you can submit to Meta from the same screen.
Fill in the dates
A date field on each contact or deal — typed in, imported from CSV, asked by a chatbot or set by your system through the API. Events like cart_abandoned come from your store.
Watch it work
A log with sent, delivered, read, replied, skipped and why; reports per reminder with goals reached and estimated cost; and the reminders of each customer beside their chat.

Question
Can MeAPI send automatic WhatsApp reminders?
Yes. Auto reminders send an approved template a set time before or after a date on the contact or deal (an appointment, a due date, a renewal, a birthday), on a repeat, when a customer has not replied, or after an event such as an abandoned cart. They stop by themselves when the customer replies, taps Already paid, pays a link or the date changes. Quiet hours (9 am to 9 pm by default), a daily limit per customer and STOP always apply, and each send shows an estimated Meta cost.
