Seventeen triggers: a keyword, the first message ever, any message, nothing else matched, a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, outside business hours, no reply in time, opt-in, a Shopify or WooCommerce event, an incoming webhook, a date on the contact (birthdays, renewals), a tag added, a payment paid or failed, a WhatsApp Flow submitted, a deal created and a deal stage changed, plus manual starts. Each trigger can be narrowed by numbers and AND / OR conditions.
