Shopify, WooCommerce and Google Sheets connect directly. Zapier, Make and any other app connect through webhooks: they can start a MeAPI flow by calling its incoming webhook URL, and MeAPI sends signed outgoing webhooks for messages, statuses and opt-outs that a Zap or scenario can catch.
