Questions
Does MeAPI work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Connect your store under Integrations and choose which events — order created, order fulfilled (shipped), abandoned checkout — send which approved template, with variables from the order. Flows can start on the same events for anything more.
Can customers buy inside WhatsApp?
Yes. Link your Meta catalog and send product or multi-product messages. Customers add items to a WhatsApp cart and send the order, which appears on your Orders board.
Are abandoned-cart messages allowed?
Yes, as marketing templates sent to customers who opted in to WhatsApp messages. MeAPI records each contact’s opt-in and honours STOP automatically.
