Log in with Facebook through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Already on the WhatsApp Business app? Keep it with coexistence.
Invite your agents
Each agent gets an email, a password, a role and the numbers they work. Start from the ready-made Admin, Manager, Agent or Marketing role, or build your own.
Answer together
Chats arrive live. Assign, label, reply with saved replies or templates, and resolve with an optional CSAT survey.
