Pipeline reports — value, win rate, agents and time in stage
🎯 Goal
Know what is in the pipeline, how much of it you usually win, who is closing, and where deals get stuck.
🧰 What you need
- Some deals in your pipeline
- Won and lost deals marked as such
Open Sales pipeline → Reports. The report covers the pipeline picked at the top (the picker shows once you have two or more pipelines). The period (30 days, 90 days or 12 months) applies to won / lost deals and to time in stage; open value is always right now.

- Tiles: Open pipeline value, Weighted value, Win rate, Won value and Avg. time to win.
- Won / lost in the last: 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
- Pipeline value by stage and Time in stage.
- Deals per agent and Why deals were lost.
What each number means
Section titled “What each number means”- Open pipeline value: the total value of open deals in this pipeline.
- Weighted value: each open deal’s value × its stage’s win chance % (set in Pipeline settings). A realistic forecast: ₹40,000 in Quote sent at 75 % counts as ₹30,000.
- Win rate: won ÷ (won + lost) for deals closed in the period. Open deals don’t count.
- Won value: the value of deals won in the period. The hint shows what was lost.
- Avg. time to win: from the deal’s creation to Won, for deals won in the period.
- Pipeline value by stage: where the money sits right now.
- Time in stage: the average stay in each stage, including deals still there. A long bar is a bottleneck. For example, quotes waiting days for a follow-up.
- Deals per agent: by owner. Account owner is deals without an agent.
- Why deals were lost: the reasons given when deals were marked Lost, most common first.
Agents whose role lacks See every deal (not only their own), such as Agent (chat only), see these numbers for their own deals only. An agent limited to some WhatsApp numbers sees only those numbers’ deals.
Use it
Section titled “Use it”- Long Quote sent time → add a follow-up flow on Deal stage changed → Quote sent.
- One reason dominates Why deals were lost (e.g. Too expensive) → test a smaller package or an offer in a campaign.
- Keep win chance % honest, so the weighted value is a forecast you can plan with.
